All About Me
I am a compliance and ESG specialist with practical experience in CSRD implementation, double materiality assessment, and carbon accounting in a large German corporate environment. With a legal background (LL.M. in Germany, M.A. in Poland) and a strong focus on processes and management, I translate complex regulations into practical, working systems.
My strength lies in solving problems under pressure: identifying gaps, fixing processes, and aligning compliance requirements with operational reality. I combine expertise in CSRD/ESRS, supply chain due diligence (LkSG), and data management with a pragmatic, project-oriented approach.
Outside the corporate world, I have personal experience in motorsports as a former kart driver and licensed track marshal, which has shaped my understanding of high-performance environments and safety-critical procedures. I am fluent in German, Polish, and English, and I strive to contribute to organizations where regulatory compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence converge.
